The spiciness of fresh black pepper and the rich, well-aged sparkling flavor are pleasant.
・Shimane Wagyu beef and Hokkaido sea urchin sushi with white wine
The sweetness of the sea urchin and the rich sweetness of the Japanese beef are complemented by the lingering aftertaste of the acidic wine.

・Shimane Wagyu steak x Japanese sake and orange wine
The sweetness and sharpness of the spicy sake, the umami and sweet fat of the Wagyu beef, and the elegantly flavorful red meat are all enveloped in the sake.
The accompanying akegarashi combines the umami of the fermented food made from rice koji with the unique umami of orange wine.
Enjoy different pairings with different condiments.

The sauce, made from soy sauce, is paired with red wine that has a plum-like aroma and flavor.
We have selected wines that go well with vegetables.
